1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Prime Locate Property Advisors ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 2. Services Description
Prime Locate Property Advisors provides corporate real estate advisory services, including but not limited to:
- • Tenant representation for corporates, startups, and managed office operators
- • Global Capability Center (GCC) advisory services
- • Land and warehousing advisory
- • Transaction management and negotiations
- • Portfolio advisory and consolidation strategies
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client of our services, you agree to:
- • Provide accurate and complete information as required for our services
- • Respond to communications in a timely manner
- • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- • Make timely payments for services rendered as per agreed terms
- • Not misuse or misrepresent information provided by us
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, financial information, property details, and any other information that is not publicly available. This obligation shall survive the termination of our engagement.
5. Fees and Payment
Our fees for services will be outlined in a separate engagement letter or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:
- • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
- • Payment terms will be specified in the engagement agreement
- • Late payments may incur additional charges
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Locate Property Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
7. No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to provide the best possible advisory services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Real estate transactions are subject to market conditions, third-party decisions, and other factors beyond our control. Our role is to provide expert advice and guidance to help you make informed decisions.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Prime Locate Property Advisors or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all fees for services rendered up to the date of termination. Provisions relating to confidentiality, limitation of liability, and intellectual property shall survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
